Eating for your skin

If you have been thinking about what’s right for your skin and how you can maintain beautiful healthy skin, then you are going to want to forget the toners, cleansers, exfoliators, grab yourself a cup of coffee and read this article right away.

In the next few minutes, I am going to share with you my bucket list of eating whole food and eating your water (I mean fruits and vegetables with high water content like grapefruit & watermelon), enjoy healthy fat such as Olive oil and reduce sugar intake.

 

My skin care ingredients?

Olive oil

Tomatoes

Orange peels

Kiwi

Dark chocolate

Sardines

Grass feed beef

Eggs

Green tea

Almond milk

Water

Coffee

Red wine

Yellow bell papers

Pumpkin

Carrots

Chick pease

 

My other skin care routine:

  • Drinking lots of water including flavoured water such as coconut or lemon water.
  • Avoid touching my skin with dirty hand ( always keep hands clean)
  • Shower with warm water.
  • Add milk to bath water.
  • Massage my face with clean hands.
  • Don’t drink too much alcohol.
  • Drink green tea
  • Use honey on my skin
  • Use the correct skin care product for my skin.
